<p>A method for increasing a biological activity of a cytokine or lymphokine and a method of treating a neoplastic disease, autoimmune disease, or infectious disease, and a method for expanding a hematopoietic cell population, is provided by administering an antibody capable of binding a cytokine or by administering a cytokine complexed with an antibody or by administering a cytokine complexed with a cytokine receptor to a mammalian subject in need thereof.</p> |
