PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the readjustment of ramp-up data and ramp-down data by using ramp rate which corresponds respective times of ramp-ups and ramp-downs. SOLUTION: The transmission power of a specified high frequency signal by a ramp signal of a communication terminal 50 of mobile object is measured by a measuring device 52. The ramp signal of the default value of the terminal 50 is set by a personal computer 54. Then the high frequency signal for a transmitted power control level by the ramp signal is outputted to the measuring device 52. When a specified transmission power is obtained, the ramp-up data or the ramp-down data is calculated by performing an arithmetic processing on the preset default values, a ramp-up data ratio constant or a ramp-down data ratio constant set by each time interval respectively and changed amount when the ramp signal is calculated. |
