In particular, allochtonic microflora is removed by adding blood serum material from the same host diluted by 1 mln times. Culturing is carried out at 38 C for 48 hr and cultured material is then transferred on the same nutrient media, which are free of selective agents added. Resulting biomass contains bifid bacteria and lactobacilli that really represent indigenous host microflora. This mass can further be used to restore human intestinal microflora and that of valuable animal and bird specimens.
