The present invention relates to a cooling tube for an ingot grower and an ingot grower using the same. The cooling tube for an ingot grower according to an embodiment of the present invention is a cooling tube that cools an ingot which grows from molten silicon accommodated in a crucible in the ingot grower having a camera on one side. The present invention includes: a hollow body that has a predetermined height to surround a circumference of the ingot which grows from the crucible, has open upper and lower portions, and causes circulation of cooling water supplied from the outside; and a visibility ensuring unit that is formed to be cut at a predetermined height upward along a height direction from a lower end of the body such that the diameter of the ingot which grows from the molten silicon can be checked by measurement visibility of the camera being ensured.
