The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hairpin manufacturing method and a hairpin manufactured by the same preventing a problem of damage to hair or injuries caused by both edges of an elastic piece and a metallic body when using the hairpin. In addition, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the hairpin manufacturing method and the hairpin manufactured by the same capable of improving the reliability of a product by improving the efficiency of manufacturing the product by reducing a hairpin manufacturing process and constantly maintaining a quality of the hairpin by simplifying manufacturing works. The hair manufacturing method, in the hairpin composed of the body having a bead unit at the center in a longitudinal direction and bent downward and the elastic piece hinge-joined to the body and rotated when one side is opened, includes: a step of preparing a tape-shaped hairpin material by cutting a plate-shaped metal piece with a press; a step of arranging the cut tape-shaped hairpin material in a mold; and a step of separately forming the body and the elastic piece by hit-forming the hairpin material arranged in the mold with a punch of the press. |
