Provided is an electric motor fastening base (10) which is capable of alternatively fastening any one of two or more types of electric motors (1), and which includes a plurality of attachment leg fastening portions (3, 3) to which a plurality of attachment legs of the electric motor (1) are fastened, and a hole (11) provided at a portion surrounded by the plurality of attachment leg fastening portions (3, 3), and eliminating an area covering a plurality of vibration concentration areas where vibrations are concentrated when each type of electric motor (1) is driven. The hole (11) is provided in the center portion of the area surrounded by the plurality of attachment leg fastening portions (3, 3).
