This deodorant composition contains a hydrazide compound, amorphous aluminum silicate, and crystalline zinc oxide exhibiting a half-value width of 0.4-1.2 degrees for at least two of the three peaks detected in the range of a 30-38 degree diffraction angle (2θ) in an X-ray diffraction image obtained using powder X-ray diffraction measurement. Furthermore, the crystalline zinc oxide content is 100-500 parts by mass, given that the hydrazide compound content is 100 parts by mass, and the amorphous aluminum silicate content is 100-750 parts by mass, also given that the hydrazide compound content is 100 parts by mass. |
