PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium which is difficult to decipher security information in spite of simple constitution and difficult to copy recorded information (including the security information). SOLUTION: This optical information recording medium is provided with a first information surface forming a first information area 103 and a second information surface forming a second information area 104, and the area 104 is provided with an information reproduction disabling means 109 formed on an outer side from the position of the outermost circumference part of the area 103 and/or on an inner side from the position of the innermost circumference part of the area 103 to make it impossible to reproduce information recorded in the area 104. |
