PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, a display device and an electronic device that can reduce a possibility of a light shielding layer being peeled off from a substrate.SOLUTION: An input device X1 is the input device X1 that has an input area E1 and a non-input area E2, and the input device X1 includes: a substrate 1 that has translucency; a first light shielding 6 that is provided on a second principal surface 1B of the substrate 1 corresponding to the non-input area E2; and a vibrator 10 that vibrates the substrate 1. At a part of the first light shielding layer 6, a first notch part 6a is provided. The second principal surface 1B of the substrate 1 includes: an exposed surface 1D exposed from the first light shielding layer 6 in the first notch part 6a, and the vibrator 10 is provided on the exposed surface 1D. |
