PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that is able to enable frequency sharing without excess separation.SOLUTION: A radio communication system with frequency secondary use for sharing a radio frequency used by an existing radio communication system comprises: test signal transmitting means for transmitting a test radio signal; measuring means arranged at a prescribed place for measuring the test radio signal and outputting measured result information; propagation environment estimating means for estimating propagation environment on the basis of the measured result information; and transmission station information transmitting means that, when an access point or a terminal performs communication using a radio frequency, determines transmission station information defining a transmission method on the basis of transmission time information or transmission place information obtained from the access point or terminal and the estimated propagation environment, and transmits the determined transmission station information to the access point or terminal. |
