PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium heating device which enables improvement of the dry efficiency of a recording medium to inhibit deterioration of the image quality such as blocking, and to provide a recording medium dry system.SOLUTION: A recording medium heating device 100 includes heat supply means 22 to 27 which are disposed in a transfer passage of a recording medium P, have heating means, and contact with the recording medium to supply heat to the recording medium. The recording medium heating device 100 has heat storage means 29 for accumulating heat generated by the heating means in at least an area near the transfer passage. The heat generated by the heating means is supplied to the recording medium by the heat storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
