PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spray gun provided with an extension nozzle and suited for efficiently performing thermal spray processing.SOLUTION: A thermal spray gun 200 of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical case body 210 which extends along a predetermined axial direction; a pair of wire conduits 220 inserted into the case body 210 and each passing a thermal spray wire therethrough; a pair of feeding tips 230 provided detachably on a tip side of the case body 210 and disposed outward on the tip side of the case body 210 in such a manner that central axes O1 cross each other; a pair of guide liners 240 inserted into the pair of wire conduits 220, respectively for guiding the respective thermal spray wires W; and a gas flow passage 250 provided within the case body 210, a tip portion 241 of each guide liner 240 being inserted into a proximal portion 231 of the corresponding feeding tip 230 and extending along the central axis O1 of the corresponding feeding tip 230, and the pair of wire conduits 220 being disposed within the gas flow passage 250.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
