PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear chuck device capable of processing the gear of a highly accurate and wide form by a simple device configuration.SOLUTION: A gear chuck device 100 includes a pressing body 105 for pressing respective tooth surfaces 91a and 91b constituting at least three tooth spaces 91 in a processed gear 90. The pressing body 105 has a pressing surface 105a formed at one end of a round rod body and a receiving surface 105b formed at the other end. The pressing surface 105a includes two flat surfaces extending flat oppositely to the tooth surfaces 91a and 91b. The pressing bodies 105 are respectively held by three holding parts 104 supported by three distortable and deformable deforming parts 103. Each of the three holding parts 104 is stored in a holder guide 110 in the slidable contact of a holder side sliding surface 104 which is an outer peripheral part with a guide side sliding surface 110a including a slope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
