PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable repairing in a short period, such as while waiting for hardening after a formwork is arranged in the front surface of a wall surface and mortar is filled therein, when the setup wall surface of a watchman passage in the tunnel is damaged.SOLUTION: A damaged part of a wall surface w is peeled and removed, and two or more tile panels 1 are disposed at intervals of about 3 mm while controlling unevenness with an anchor bolt b1 fixed in the wall surface w in the front side. A swelling prevention rod 2 is installed directly in the front surface of the tile panel 1 or installed in the front surface after bonding and disposing a leakage prevention plate 7 in the connection part of the adjacent tile panel 1. The swelling prevention rod 2 is inserted and locked in a locking hole 51h of lower part holding means 5 where an unevenness adjusting part 22 of the lower part is temporarily fixed in the lower wall surface w. The upper part of the swelling prevention rod 2 is held with clamping means 4. Then, the mortar with high mobility and no contraction is injected and filled between the wall surface w and the tile panel 1. After hardening, the swelling prevention rod 2, the leakage prevention plate 7, the clamping means 4 and the lower part holding means 5 are removed, and the repair work is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
