PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake system capable of suppressing enlargement and complication as a system.SOLUTION: A brake system is provided with a first brake system K1 and a second brake system K2 and includes: a first switching valve 51 which switches a master cylinder 10 and a slave cylinder 20, a state in which a liquid pressure of the master cylinder is applied to a wheel brake in the first brake system and a state in which a liquid pressure of a slave cylinder is applied to the wheel brake; a second switching valve 52 which performs switching likewise in the second brake system; a first communication path 5a from the slave cylinder leading to the first switching valve; a second communication path 5b from the slave cylinder leading to the second switching valve; a first cutoff valve 61 which can cut off the first communication path; a second cutoff valve 62 which can cut off the second communication path; and control valve means which is provided on a downstream side of the first switching valve and the second switching valve and controls a liquid pressure which acts on the wheel brake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
