In a case where a sensor output GL of the narrow-range sensor element part 11N is smaller than a threshold THR1, a combination adjustment part 30 defines the sensor output GL as a final sensor output Gout, or, in a case where the sensor output GL exceeds a threshold THR2 (THR2>THR1), defines a sensor output GH of the wide-range sensor element part 11W as a final sensor output Gout, or, in a case where the sensor output GL falls between THR1 and THR2, mixes the sensor outputs GL and GH to define a final sensor output Gout.
