The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling an alkali water generator, which generates alkali water of a required hydrogen exponent (pH), so as to store the alkali water in an alkali water storage tank. According to the present invention, a controller detects the concentration of the alkali water stored in the alkali water storage tank by an output signal of a concentration detection unit. When the concentration of the alkali water detected by the controller is equal to or less than a preset pH, the controller allows the alkali water stored in the alkali water storage tank to circulate around a reactor such that the alkali water of the required pH is generated. When the concentration of the alkali water detected by the controller is greater than the preset pH, the controller stops the alkali water stored in the alkali water storage tank circulating around the reactor and dries inside of the reactor. |
