The present invention relates to a motor with a cooling unit. According to an aspect of the present invention, the motor includes a fan hub which comprises a plurality of cooling blades formed on an outer circumference part and a plurality of hub blades formed on an internal surface; a rotor housing which is arranged to rotate with the fan hub together, and has a plurality of permanent magnets attached to the inner circumference surface; and a base which rotatably supports the rotor housing. The rotor housing includes a slot formed in a place to face the hub blade. So, cooling performance can be improved.
