PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device and a charge control method, improving accuracy to approach a target voltage by changing an end current or a threshold voltage according to a battery temperature, during constant voltage charge in constant-current constant-voltage charge using overshoot charge.SOLUTION: A charge control device 1 which performs constant-current constant-voltage charge using the overshoot charge includes: a storage unit 8 which stores first battery characteristic information in which the temperature of a battery 4 is associated with a stop current to complete the constant-voltage charge in the constant-current constant-voltage charge; and a control unit 3 which acquires a measured temperature of the battery 4 during the constant-voltage charge, and by referring to the first battery characteristic information, determines the stop current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
