The unit is esp. for moulding plastic compounds with asbestos, glass or textile fibre reinforcement, where the nozzle remains open during the whole cycle. The cylinder and screw can be moved relative to one another during or immediately after injection. Means are provided to eliminate back pressure in the pregelled compound. |
