Laminated safety glass - by evacuating gap between glass sheets and thermoplastic glue and heating the surface differentially

Laminated safety glass comprising two sheets of glass or glass ceramic glued together with a thermoplastic resin whereby, as in the parent patent, the assembly is evacuated while being preheated to avoid localised gas bubbles, with the improvement that the preheating is arranged so that a temp-gradient exists between the central area and the periphery. The improvement reduces the incidence of premature localised adhesion.
