A building method and suitable building elements for it feature bricks or concrete components with ducts having circular, square or rectangular cross-section, junction grooves, and >=1 relatively large, central cavity adapted to receive tubular insertions which function as insulating bodies. Used in erection of walls and partitions. Easy construction of efficiency insulating structures is obtd. with opt. use of mortar. Gaps between individual building components are efficiently sealed.
