The tanker vehicle is for the transport of liquid material and has one or more outlets and supports on wheels. An auger(25), acting as a discharge scraper is mounted. The towing point may be at a distance(33) in front of the end wall(3). The lower-level portion may be below the level of the towing point. The towing point may lie on a inside the tank. It can be arranged to deliver to one end of the cylindrical tank, and to bear against the wall of the latter for at least 30 deg. The auger can be mounted on its shaft by means of a number of spokes at regular intervals along the latter. Its edge can be at an angle other than 90 deg. to the shaft axis.
