<p>PURPOSE:To improve the machinability and workability of a heat resistant insulating coil and to obtain the high mechanical strength thereof by winding a coil while coating a glass woven sleeve on a conductor and applying heat resistant inorganic adhesive or coating agent on the sleeve and filling the adhesive or coating between conductors. CONSTITUTION:A glass woven sleeve 2 is coated on a conductor 1 to stick to the conductor 1 by pulling both ends of the sleeve. In this condition, heat resistant inorganic adhesive or coating agent 3 is applied on the glass sleeve 2. In this way, the agent 3 is immersed in the sleeve 2 by surface tension and capillarity and a desired coil is obtained by winding while hardening the adhesive or coating. When the insulating conductor 6 is wound in an inside insulator 5 in the slot of a rotary electric machine which is applied with ground insulator 4, a heat resistant filler 7 is poured in the slot while winding. In this way, the coil will endure at an extra high temperature of about 600 deg.C and heat radiation of the coil will be improved.</p> |
