A fixed displacement suction and exhaust apparatus utilizable for various types of compressors, vacuum pumps, fluid transfer pumps or internal combustion engines, wherein two rotary pistons (16a, 16b) provided with a plurality of radially extending partition blades (17, 57, 18, 58), which define a plurality of unit suction and exhaust chambers in a trunk portion (2) formed by a cylinder and two seal plates, are formed so that the rotary pistons are rotated in a mutually engaged state, the piston being joined to and rotated by two connecting rod members (41a, 41b) of a connecting rod (40) joined to a crank pin (15a) of a crankshaft, which is provided coaxially with the pistons, so as to rotate the same, the rotary pistons forming spaces among their respective partition blades into suction and exhaust chambers while making non-uniform rotational movements in accordance with a gear ratio between external gears (42a, 42b) provided on the connecting rod and internal gears (22a, 22b) provided on the trunk portion and meshing with the external gears. |
