<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tape with an optimum tension for operating in a starting time, by converting the ratio of frequencies corresponding to rotary angle speeds of a capstan and a reel, to voltage, also providing a frequency-dividing circuit, and controlling the tension. CONSTITUTION:Disks 8, 11 to which magnets 9, 12 have been installed are provided on a capstan 2 and a feed reel 3, frequencies f1, f2 being in proportion to rotary angle speeds are generated. The frequency f2 is divided into three kinds by a frequency divider 16. The frequencies f1, f2 output a signal being in proportion to f1/f2 through a counter 19, a CPU20, a memory 21, etc., it is converted to voltage, reverse driving voltage being in proportion to decrease of the wound diameter is applied to a motor 6, and tension is controlled. In this case, when controlling the tension, if the drividing ratio is small, a detection time becomes short, and if it is large, accuracy becomes high. Accordingly, at the starting time, a response is quickened by making the frequency-dividing ratio small by a frequency divider 16, and at the regular running time, the accuracy is elevated by making the frequency- dividing ratio large. In this way, in accordance with a running state, an optimum control is exercised.</p> |
