<p>PURPOSE:To improve the resistance to internal and external pressure, and to prevent the contents for a long period from deteriorating, by fitting a head body of molded thermoplastic into a trunk, and heating the truncated outer circumferential section and the annular outer circumferential section of the head body. CONSTITUTION:The head body 2 is fitted into the cylindrical trunk 1, and after the upper end of the trunk is projected to a little extent beyond the outer circumference of the funnel-shaped section 3, a flame or heated wind is blown to heat the outer circumference of the funnel-shaped section 3 and the outer circumference of the funnel-shaped section 3 and the outer circumference of the annular section 5. Thus, the upper projection 1a of the trunk extending beyond the outer circumference of the truncated section is shrunk by the heat onto the truncated section to be fused thereto. Similarly, the annular area 1b of the trunk located below the projection 1a and in contact with the annular section 5 is also shrunk by the heat to be fused to the circumference of the annular section 5. As a result, the contents is prevented from intruding between the annular circumference of the head body and the annular area of the trunk.</p> |
