PURPOSE:To distinguish a failure of an input power supply from other failures, by changing over a telemeter information transmitting circuit into a tone generating circuit using a sheet type power supply by means of the operation of a monitor circuit when the power supply is degraded or interrupted. CONSTITUTION:The telemeter information transmitting circuit 10 transmits the telemeter signal to a line normally. When the input power supply is degraded or interrupted, a switching circuit 17 is selected to the tone signal generating circuit 2 with the operation of the input power supply monitor circuit 6. Further, the printed board type power supply 1 receives power supply from a device power supply 9 and charges up a capacitor 5 of a large capacitance, and even when the supply of power from the power supply 9 is interrupted, a certain voltage is supplied to the circuit 2 for a prescribed time. Through the combination of the power supply 1 and the circuit 2 in this way, the tone signal representing the device input power supply decrease or interruption detected at the circuit 6 is transmitted to a line through the circuit 7. |
