<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in voltage accuracy that occurs on the secondary side with high switching frequency by dividing in many sections the outside of the core of a transformer and winding on this multi-divided core a load winding. CONSTITUTION:The outside of a transformer core is divided in many sections. A primary coil 4 and secondary coil 6 are wound to the center of this core 2. A secondary load winding 8 is wound on one of the outside sections of the core 2 that are divided in many sections. With this transformer constitution the voltages at the ends of the coil 6 and the winding 8 become those given by the formula, where e2 is the voltage induced in the coil 6, DELTA e2 is the voltage developed in the coil 8, N1 and N2 are respectively the numbers of turns of the primary coil and the secondary coil, and M is the number of the divisions in the outside of the core. By the formula voltage is outputted at the secondary side coil with accuracy given by the reciprocal of the number of the divisions.</p> |
