SOLUTION: Target data which is proper to health, for example, a reference range of proper weight to be a reference by sex and height is preliminarily stored in a data evaluating part 12 and a user's height, sex and target value data, for example, target weight are inputted from a data input part 11 by a user. The reference range of the weight corresponding to the inputted sex and height is compared with the inputted target weight in the data evaluating part 12 and when the target weight varies from the reference range, improperness of the target weight is informed to the user from a data output part 13. |
