PURPOSE:The titled apparatus, consisting of a special construction for engaging a male mold in the form of herring roe with a female mold in the form of the herring roe provided on the female mold frame arranged and fixed on a feed conveyor of a machine frame, and capable of converting fish eggs without a form into a herring roelike food having improved resistance to teeth and appearance. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for molding herring roelike food capable of first dropping and filling a raw material 11 consisting essentially of fish egg grains, e.g. smelt, in the state of covered from above and bottom by vinyl chloride films 12 and 13 in herring roelike female molds (a) in a female mold frame 3 arranged and fixed on a feed conveyor 2 on a machine frame 1, pressing a pressing frame 6 mounted on lowering frames 4 and 4 to the female molds (a), putting the raw material 11 into a cylindrical hole 7 of each herring roelike mold (a), preventing the protrusion of the raw material 11 in the vinyl chloride films 12 and 13 with an edge flange 8, bringing the side film into close contact with the raw material 11, pushing the herring roelike male mld 10 of a pressing lever 9 into the cylindrical hole 7 in a lag of several seconds, contact bonding and molding the raw material 11 in the form of herring roe, overflowing the excess raw material 11 from cut grooves 8' and 8', and obtaining the aimed molded egg 15. |
