PURPOSE:To enable forming of a flange-shaped member of optional curvature without changing press die by constituting the recessed part of a press die of a pair of longitudinal forming members facing each other at a distance and forming their ends freely movably to left and right. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing a flange plate used for coil winding drum for a wire, a long-sized metallic plate 1 is introduced for a press die 2 consisting of a projecting die 3 and a recessed die 4, and a flange-shaped member is obtained by forming tapered projecting lines 5. The die 4 is constituted of a pair of longitudinal forming members 9 facing each other at a distance 8. A round hole 10 and a long hole 11 are formed on both ends of the longitudinal forming members 9, and attached to the upper die base stand 14 with shafts 12, 13. When the shaft 13 of the long hole 11 is loosened, the longitudinal forming member 9 becomes freely movable to left and right around another shaft 12, and changes the distance 8 between longitudinal forming members 9 of the long hole 11 side, and changing of curvature of the flange-shaped member becomes possible. |
