PURPOSE:To efficiently send/receive lots of data in a short time by adopting a constitution that a required sound signal is sent automatically from a master equipment to plural slave equipments stored in advance and the signal is sent to slave equipments not stored by operating the key of a computer or a telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A computer 1 outputs a DTMF signal corresponding to a telephone number of a slave equipment stored in its memory to an originating receiver 33 of the master equipment, and when the slave equipment responds to within a prescribed time, the operation of outputting the sound signal to a recording/reproducing device 24 is repeated automatically and continuously to a different slave equipment. When the key of the input device 3 of the computer or the key of the telephone set 22 connected to the master equipment is operated, the sound signal from the device 24 or from a telephone set is outputted to a slave equipment having a telephone number not stored in the memory, the data sent in the DTMF signal from the slave equipment is received by the master equipment and inputted to a computer.
