PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the work mechanically bending a pin part and to quickly perform the attaching of a ceramics piece by performing the rupture of the pin by changing the current value fed to the pin part. CONSTITUTION:A stud 5 is welded to a base metal by attaching the pin part 9 equipped with a shrinked diameter part 9a to a flange part 8 and feeding a current to the stud 5. With further increase of the feeding current the shrinked diameter part 9a having a high resistance value is concentrically heated and the pin part 9 is then ruptured from the part thereof. The work to bend the pin part mechanically is eliminated to quicken the attaching of a ceramics piece accordingly.
