PURPOSE:To obtain the manufacturing device of a composite bar having excellent vibration absorbing performance by abbreviating a manufacturing process by roll-forming a metal strip plate and filling up a damping substance by injecting it to the inner side of a metal pipe from the nozzle at the tip of the feed pipe provided at the inlet side of the roll forming machine to manufacture the metal pipe. CONSTITUTION:A metal strip plate 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape by a roll forming machine and made a metal pipe 2 with the heating melt by a work coil 4 and the pressure welding by a squeeze roll 6, and the outer face bead is removed by cutting it with a bead cutter 7. A damping substance 9 is subjected to a force feed to the pipe 2 via a feed pipe 11 by a pump 10 from the tank 8 with heating device, uniformly projected in the pipe circumferential direction by an injection nozzle 12 and filled up in the pipe in order. A water cooling device 15 and heating device 16 are installed at the rear part of the nozzle 12 and the earlier adhesion of the damping substance into the pipe 2 and the heating corresponding to the damping substance are performed.
