PURPOSE:To enable a heavy blower to be easily drawn out from a machine body and cleaned by a single person, by providing in the machine body a guide member for vertically slidably guiding a partition plate with the blower mounted thereon. CONSTITUTION:When edible oils are adhered to fans 34 and casings of blowers 18, 18 and to a heat exchanger 15, a suction grille 11 is detached, screws 35, 35 are removed, and an air guide plate 27 is taken out downward. With the air guide plate detached, the edible oils adhered to an air suction surface of the heat exchanger 15 are cleaned up over a drain pan 16 by use of a detergent. Bolts of a movable plate 26 bolted to an upper external panel 6 are removed, and the movable plate 6 with the blowers 18, 18 and a motor 19 fixed thereon is slidden downward along a fixed plate 21, resulting in that discharge ports 22, 22 and suction nozzle ports 36 of the casings 29 are exposed on the lower side of the machine body 1. In this condition, connectors of drain hoses are connected to drain ports 28, and the edible oil adhered to the fans 34 are washed away by using a detergent in the casings 29, upon which the washing drainage is discharged through the drain ports 28. |
