PURPOSE: To enhance manufacturing efficiency by providing a looped part with curved parts above and below the longitudinal axis of a conductor rail as electrode mounting surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A looped part 2 is provided with curved parts 12, 14 which are placed, respectively, above and below the longitudinal axis 13 of a conductor rail as electrode mounting surfaces. Therefore the mounting or contact surfaces of two welding electrodes 7, 8 provided in opposite positions on the looped part 2 become almost the same size, and concentration of currents is limited to those surfaces to limit temperature rises to almost these zones so as to attain rapid, even heating of both of the zones. Also, since the influence of heat is limited to those small parts, welding can be performed in the vicinity of heat-sensitive parts, e.g. semiconductors and insulators, and this process can be achieved in a short time. Thereby manufacturing efficiency is enhanced. |
