A liquor is prepared by mixing cereal alcoholic drink with additives. Thus, a mixture of 5 parts of corn powder and 5 parts of barley powder is treated with protease (Neutrase) at 40-60≦̸C, liquefied with Termamyl at 100≦̸C for 80-120 min, saccharified with Dextrozyme at 40- 60≦̸C for 80-120 min, and fermented by addition of yeast of 8-20≦̸C The resulting solution is used as a base liquor and mixed with spirits and additives to control alcohol content to 14-16 to give final product.
