In the process, 50 carrots are pierced with holes (diameter= 0.02- 0.05mm), adjusted for water content to be 60-70%, treated with a mixture containing 2 doe (1 doe=0.477 us Gallon) of salts (MgCl2, CaSO4), 10g of sugar, 3 doe of rice bran, and trace amount of vinegar, and stored to give the products.
