PURPOSE:To increase the permeability and wettability of a lipid compsn. as well as the safety by blending lysophosphatidylcholine with monoglyceride of unsatd. fatty acid having a specified number of carbon and fatty acid to prepare the lipid compsn. CONSTITUTION:Lysophosphatidylchloline (A) is blended with monoglyceride (B) of 16-22C unsatd. fatty acid and 9-13C fatty acid (C) as essential components to prepare a lipid compsn. The weight ratios among the components A-C are B/A=10/90-90/10, C/B=20/100-200/100 and C/(A+B)=10/100-200/100. In case of (B+C)/A>5, bile acids and/or alkali salts of bile acids are added by 5-100wt.% of the total amt. of the components A-C. The lipid compsn. has very high safety and superior surface activity. |
