PURPOSE:To reduce drop in the temp. of a soln. in a tank and to prevent the formation of a concn. gradient by placing the 1st pipe through which a hot medium is passed and the 2nd pipe for spouting a gas to stir the soln. in the tank. CONSTITUTION:The 1st pipe 3 is spirally placed in a tank 1 near at least one inner face and a hot medium such as steam or a hot liq. is passed through the pipe 3 to raise the temp. of a soln. 2. The 2nd pipe 4 having plural holes 5 is placed under the 1st pipe 3 and a gas such as air is spouted from the holes 5 to stir the soln. 2 close to the 1st pipe 3. By this mechanism, the temp. of the soln. is raised rapidly and uniformly.
