PURPOSE:To enable uniform and quantitative coating while simplifying a structure, by performing the rotation of an adhesive emitting leaf spring for emitting an adhesive and the up-and-down movement of an adhesive receiving box by one motor. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse motor 10 is operated to rotate an output shaft 18a, a slider 31, that is, an adhesive receiving box 1 moves up and down according to the profile of the cam 35 for up-and-down movement of the slider 31. A rotary shaft 20 also rotates and an adhesive is moved while pressed to the inner peripheral surface of the adhesive receiving box by the adhesive emitting leaf spring fixed to said rotary shaft 20. When the adhesive emitting leaf spring passes above a nozzle 7, a definite amount of the adhesive is emitted to the upper surface of a lead frame for adhering a pellet from the adhesive emitting holes of the nozzle 7 by the spring force of said leaf spring.
