PURPOSE:To eliminate texture contamination or tailing during printing process and further improve print density or image resolution by forming a sensitizing layer of low melting viscosity between an ink layer and a base film and using a copolymer of styrene and acrylonitrile as a resin which forms a background layer. CONSTITUTION:A sensitizing layer of a lower melting viscosity than an ink layer is formed between the ink layer and a base film, and a background layer is formed using a copolymer of styrene and acrylonitrile as a main component of a binder. The sensitizing layer is composed mainly of wax, and a preferable wax used has a melting viscosity of 100cps or lower, preferably 50cps or lower at 100 deg.C. In addition, a preferable sensitizing layer has a thickness of 0.1 to 2mum, preferably 0.5 to 1.5mum. It is recommended that ink be formulated to have a melting viscosity of termination and tailing during printing process and at the same time, improve print density and image resolution. |
