PURPOSE:To scarcely form a winding curl by providing a heat sensitive coloring layer containing leuco dye and developer as main ingredients on a support having a special value of texture irregularity and forming a heat sensitive recording sheet. CONSTITUTION:Preparation of pulp, J/W ratio and type of sizing agent are combined, conditions of a wet press, etc., are regulated, and a sheet is made. A support, in which the sum of weighing capacity change rates of 12.5-80mm of a wavelength of a texture irregularity measured by a laser texture measuring instrument is 5% or less and a transfer amount of water due to a BRISTOW method is 20ml/m<2> or less, is obtained. Heat sensitive coloring solution containing leuco dye and developer as main ingredients and mixing, in addition to binder such as polyvinyl alcohol, etc., auxiliary additive component is prepared. The support having the above physical properties is coated with the solution, and dried to form a heat sensitive coloring layer, thereby obtaining a heat sensitive recording sheet. The developer includes, for example, phenol compound, thiophenyl compound, thiourea derivatives, etc. |
