PURPOSE:To suppress circumferential corrugation of a lip line causing occurrence of leakage from an outer seal. CONSTITUTION:The outside diameter of a seal lip 3 is set to a value smaller than an inner peripheral surface 2 of an opening portion 7 formed in a housing 6 under the condition in which a spring 5 is not inserted in a spring groove 4 of the seal lip 3. Then, the spring 5 is inserted into the spring groove 4 to enlarge the outside diameter of the seal lip 3 to mount the seal. |
