PURPOSE:To obtain a mold from which a molded article and a filled out material is easily unloaded, by a method wherein a large number of perpendicular subrunners which are communicating and connecting with a cavity and a gate part of the same is made into a cut-off part is provided in a piercing state and a filmy runner communicating and connecting with a molding material supply sprue and the whole of subrunners if formed between a top and intermediate forces. CONSTITUTION:Thin cylindrical perpendicular subrunners 16 communicating and connecting respectively with each of product grooves 14 are provided on an intermediate force 2 in a piercing state and a gate part 17 at the lowest end is reduced in diameter into a cut-off part. When a top force 1, the intermediate force 2 and a bottom force 3 are separated respectively among one another by slackening a mold clamping device 5 after molding, a product 32 which is molded by a cavity 6 and a discarding material 33 which is a molded article other than the molded article 32 are separated from each other at the gate part 17 and it is made into a state wherein only the discarding material 33 is sucked to the top force 1. Therefore, only the product 32 can be unloaded easily. To remove the discarding material 33, a thick part 35 is separated from a recessed groove 21, a knob part 34 is pulled as per an arrow A, the same is separated from the top force 1 in order while air is being streamed in an adhesion surface, a knob part 37 is pulled as per an arrow B to remove this material from the top force 1. |
