PURPOSE:To satisfy the feeling to own the toy by operating it while detecting the approach of any specified person or object and to provide the operating toy equipped with unexpectedness by providing an ascillating circuit and an operating part to be operated by detecting any change in the operation of the ascillating circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the power source of the operating toy is turned on, an oscillating circuit 4 starts oscillating and when the operating toy is held up and made close near the breast, a resonance circuit 11 of a decorative object 3 is tuned. Then, the oscillation is weakened by absorbing the oscillated power of the oscillating circuit 4 and stopped so that a detecting circuit 5 can generate a detecting signal. This detecting signal is inputted to a random signal generating circuit 6 and when its voice select signal is inputted to a voice synthesizing circuit 7, voice data corresponding to the voice select signal are outputted from the voice synthesizing circuit 7, amplified and outputted later from a speaker 9 as voice. Thus, when the operating toy is held in person's arms, it generates the sound by detecting the approach of the decorative object 3 but when a person equipped with no decorative object 3 holds up the toy, it generates no sound. |
