FIELD: display systems. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of display cathode includes formation of conducting track bordering on face surface of substrate. Display based on diodes incorporates cathode and anode plates. Hermetic seal maintains vacuum between plates. Cathode and anode plates are separated by pins placed at equal distances. Collection of emitter regions capable of operating under condition of low voltage is formed by proper layers of amorphous diamond along conducting tracks located on substrate. Layer of photoemission material is put along clear conducting tracks located on substrate. Magnifying termination pads or leads-out allow connection to outer signal source.
