<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an integrated circuit device which is protected against the electrical adverse effect of high speed digital signals and capable of converting OPT signals into electrical signals and vice versa through plug sockets and wherein a circuit composed of an IC and an LSI can be formed through an OPT wiring. CONSTITUTION:An IC and an LSI 2 are mounted on an OPT integrated circuit device 1, signals are mutually converted and controlled through an inner logic circuit, a light emitting device, a photodetective device, and a control device, and OPT signals are inputted/outputted through an optical fiber 7.</p> |
