<p>PURPOSE:To provide an equivalently short light receiving section by dividing each photoelectric current of light receiving elements into four portions to a specific ratio and introducing the current to respective output ends, while establishing a specific relation among the ratios. CONSTITUTION:Photoelectric current each from respective light receiving elements is divided into four portions to a specific ratio, and introduced to respective photoelectric current output ends. Then, as a result of a relationship established between each ratio, the photoelectric current of the light receiving elements in a zone where a suffix (j) ('j' is between 1 and 'n') corresponding to the prescribed distance from a suffix (j0) drops, is obtained from the first photoelectric current output end. The photoelectric current of the elements with less (j) in the same zone can be obtained from the third photoelectric current output end. Similarly, the photoelectric current of the elements in a zone where (j) corresponding to the predetermined distance from (j0) increases, is obtained from the second photoelectric current output end. Also, the photoelectric current of the elements with a larger (j) is obtained from the fourth photoelectric current output end. Consequently, the photoelectric current of 'n' pieces of the elements becomes equivalent to a case where photo sensitive surface is divided into four portions.</p> |
